Hi all, I don't have enough time to do a crafty blog post (Mum is coming to stay and I really need to clean the house and get organised for a busy weekend) so I have added a photo of a recent sunrise. It was a foggy morning and the sun was very pretty coming up in all the fog. I couldn't resist snapping away. I hope that you are all being very crafty if not, get to it!!

Today....

I did this some time ago after seeing it on another blog. It was a bit of fun, so today I will do it again.

Outside my window........not much is happening, but it is a pleasant day with the sun shining.

In the kitchen.....I am cooking a roast for dinner and I have iced a birthday cake for R. Happy Birthday R.

I am wearing......My work uniform( i couldn't be bothered changing out of it after work so I am still in those clothes)

I should be.....cleaning, hanging out washing, doing bookwork. (lucky these can all wait)

I am creating.......Today I had to create a B'day card for R ( of course)

I am looking forward to..........our local show this weekend.

Leave a comment (Be fearless and speak now) and tell me what you are up to or do this same little exercise on your blog.
Happy Crafting

Thank you, Blazeaid!

This may seem like a strange photo, a group of people sitting around in a paddock. (This is actually us all having lunch on the fenceline) This photo to me shows very generous people who have given up their time and energy to help others out when they need it. (Some had travelled from as far a Canberra) These are the group of Blazeaid volunteers who helped us to rebuild part of our boundary fence after the flood. With these volunteers help, we resurected about 2km of fencing on this day. We are so thankful to these vlounteers who helped us and our neighbours. You can see the debris left from the flood in the photo and under that debris was (usually) some of our fence. We would pull it up and beat off the debris and dried mud, hammer the post's in and hook the wires back on. It was great working with these men and women and we thank them again.
